This format lends itself to medium-sized and large companies. It usually lasts one to two days, has max. 15 participants and the content can be tailored to company needs. Basically, this seminar teaches how to be a culturally savvy leader: how to make decisions as a manager, how to motivate, how to explain, how to delegate, how to create trust, how to convince, how to monitor, how to criticize - in a multi-cultural context. This seminar can also focus on how to deal with foreign business partners.
This format lends itself to chief executives who cannot change their schedule to attend a seminar and are pressed for time. It can focus on leading culturally diverse employees or building and maintaining business relationships with foreign partners.
